Job Description

Program Director, Clinical Programs

DaVita Kidney Care

• Develop and execute on a clinical reporting and technology roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy. • Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the analytics and reporting team, the technology teams, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, to develop a technology and reporting prioritization process and ensure the process is maintained to support clinical initiatives. • Develop and maintain standards of excellence for field reporting and analytics to ensure high quality field user experience for reports and technology. • Provide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations. • Work directly with your managers to create a sustained culture which drives patient safety, compliance, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / healthcare management, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree is required and Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) is preferred with 3+ years post-graduate experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field.
  • Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results.
  • Travel up to 25%.
