Inventory Audit Program Manager

• Lead annual and quarterly internal audit planning for ~695 sites, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource coordination • Manage execution of internal audits, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to enterprise standards • Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Internal Audit, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and site leadership • Communicate audit expectations, timelines, and deliverables to regional and site leaders • Develop, maintain, and standardize audit tools, checklists, templates, and training materials • Track audit findings, root causes, and remediation progress in a centralized governance system • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of corrective actions, escalating risks when needed • Produce executive-ready reporting on audit performance, trends, recurring issues, and risk areas • Identify systemic gaps and partner with functional leaders to strengthen internal controls and operational discipline • Support SOX readiness, regulatory audit preparation, and external audit coordination • Lead process improvement initiatives that reduce audit findings and enhance compliance across the network • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to site teams and cross-functional partners on audit expectations and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–7 years in supply chain or operations, audit, or compliance
- Experience with internal audit programs, SOX controls, or multi-site operations strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodologies, and operational risk
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

What You’ll Do - M&A Technology Leadership - Lead the technology integration workstream for multiple concurrent transactions, from diligence through post-close execution. - Act as the senior technology point of contact for transaction-related activities, advising teams on complexity, cost, and timing. - Translate technical findings into clear, executive-ready insights to support integration decisions. - Lead and facilitate cross-functional integration work sessions with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment, share key project information, and communicate progress against milestones and deliverables. - Collaborate on improvements to scale team capabilities, tools, and processes to support EP Wealth’s continued growth through partnerships. - IT Due Diligence & Integration Execution - Lead IT due diligence activities, including system reviews, documentation requests, and SME engagement. - Collaborates on assessments of acquired firms’ technology environments, cybersecurity posture, data architecture, and vendor landscape. - Manages Day 1 technology readiness planning, including access provisioning, data considerations, vendor coordination, and platform transitions. - Oversee post-close integration activities such as system migrations, data transfers, application rationalization, and legacy system and technology services decommissioning. - Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and integration progress reporting to senior leadership. - Build strong relationships with acquired firms and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth partnership transition. - Process & Platform Maturity - Own and evolve EP Wealth’s M&A technology integration playbooks, templates, and best practices. - Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across integration efforts.
