Principal Technical Program Manager

Vantage Data Centers

• Own and drive company-critical technical programs spanning multiple engineering organizations • Partner with senior engineers and architects to challenge designs, validate assumptions, and surface tradeoffs • Decompose complex, interdependent systems into sequenced technical milestones and delivery plans • Proactively identify technical risks, failure modes, integration issues, and scale constraints • Lead cross-org dependency management for platform, infrastructure, and systems initiatives • Drive execution of large-scale platform builds, infrastructure migrations, and hardware/software co-design programs • Establish and enforce technical readiness checkpoints and delivery criteria • Serve as the technical authority in program reviews, escalations, and executive forums • Translate deep technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management
  • Deep technical fluency in systems architecture, infrastructure platforms, APIs, or hardware systems
  • Proven credibility with senior engineering and architecture leaders
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-year, cross-organizational technical programs
  • Strong program execution discipline across ambiguous, high-risk technical initiatives
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in complex environments
