• Focus primarily on the Veradigm EHR product, responsible for developing program strategy in alignment with the program's long-term vision with little oversight • Ensuring product stability, managing ongoing enhancements, and overseeing critical maintenance activities for our established EHR platform • Collaborate with development teams to maintain existing features, manage product updates, and ensure regulatory requirements are met • Own communication across teams, eliminates risk to execution, and owns the outcome • Develop critical goals related to user experience, quality, usability, reliability, security, scalability, ease-of-use, installation, and responsiveness • Drive product enhancements and coordinate feature updates in an Agile software development environment • Responsible for TPM engagement on maintenance activities, bug fixes, security patches, and product updates • Work with Development, Quality, User Research, and Customer Success teams • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Quality teams to ensure regulatory adherence and product standards • Develop key product themes as the foundational messaging for marketing and other corporate constituents • Provides frequent status updates and impact assessments to the members of the leadership team • Represent stakeholders and evangelize the Veradigm EHR product • Track and analyze product usage metrics and performance indicators

• Own and drive company-critical technical programs spanning multiple engineering organizations • Partner with senior engineers and architects to challenge designs, validate assumptions, and surface tradeoffs • Decompose complex, interdependent systems into sequenced technical milestones and delivery plans • Proactively identify technical risks, failure modes, integration issues, and scale constraints • Lead cross-org dependency management for platform, infrastructure, and systems initiatives • Drive execution of large-scale platform builds, infrastructure migrations, and hardware/software co-design programs • Establish and enforce technical readiness checkpoints and delivery criteria • Serve as the technical authority in program reviews, escalations, and executive forums • Translate deep technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership

Role Description South Project is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young moms through mentorship, resources, and community support. We are seeking a Volunteer Program & Policy Coordinator to help structure and support our growing volunteer team. This foundational volunteer role will focus on building out our program—creating clear policies, streamlining onboarding, and supporting both virtual and in-person volunteers. Time Commitment: Flexible, remote role. Estimated 3-5 hours per week. Qualifications - Passion for community, empowerment, and organizational impact. - Strong organizational and written communication skills. - Experience in volunteer coordination, HR, nonprofit operations, or administration a plus. - Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Slack, or CRMs. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely. - Based in or near Richmond, TX (preferred but not required). - Bonus: Experience developing policies, handbooks, or SOPs.

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical and product programs using a context-driven approach grounded in Fanatics Betting & Gaming’s strategic goals and desired outcomes. • Develop, communicate, and execute data-driven program strategies, operating models, and roadmaps to address technical program management needs. • Build strong, inclusive relationships with internal stakeholders, both within and outside of Engineering, and collaborate with leaders to prioritize technical efforts while providing input on program features and capabilities. • Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices across engineering disciplines. • Be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities, fostering connections across diverse teams.
