• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs. • Translate client requirements into actionable plans and provide timely responses with clearly outlined next steps for clients and internal teams. • Manage scope of work to ensure proper tracking and delivery of all project deliverables. • Collaborate with project managers to manage tasks, deliverables, and timelines that meet client goals. • Partner with Media Planning and Activation teams to remain informed on all media details for fast-paced and high-volume media clients. • Work with Creative and production teams on the development and execution of creative materials from inception through full production. • Facilitate clear and concise communication between internal and external teams, including local and global stakeholders. • Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals with transparency around project scope, costs, and expectations. • Collaborate with team members to refine proposals and align them with client needs. • Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligned with client objectives. • Foster a teamwork and knowledge-sharing culture that contributes to overall agency success. • Proof and review materials to ensure the highest standards of precision, quality, and accuracy. • Ensure all client interactions and deliverables meet high agency standards. • Apply creative and solution-oriented problem-solving to address challenges and propose innovative solutions. • Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility while ensuring projects remain on course and objectives are achieved.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in an agency environment with a track record of successful projects.
  • Experience with media, content, and video production.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana.
  • Experience with HubSpot and NetSuite is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong creative problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on client meeting needs.
