Ecommerce & Programs Account Manager
HPG
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota and goals set • Own assigned ecommerce accounts, serving as the primary strategic contact for growth discussions and account performance • Collaborate across assigned sales-territories within the team, to share expertise and discovery of opportunity from top lead generators such as CRM’s, Facebook Groups and Portals • Lead conversations with customers on why HPG Brands products should be expanded within their ecommerce assortment, clearly articulating value, differentiation, and revenue opportunity • Drive onboarding of new product launches with a strategic lens • Analyze platform performance, user behavior, and merchandising strategy to recommend data-driven assortment and visibility improvements • Develop and execute quarterly growth plans and campaigns in partnership with National teams • Contribute meaningfully to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with insights, opportunity identification, and forward-looking strategies • Confidently manage pricing conversations, keeping mind rebate structures, and necessary price discussions while maintaining strong partnership alignment • Ensure pricing, integrations, and compliance requirements are executed accurately and efficiently • Fuse personalize customer-connection building with technical development to maximize product • Serve as the strategic lead for established distributor programs, strengthening partnerships and identifying expansion opportunities • Proactively recommend product additions and program enhancements based on launches, trends, and performance data • Evaluate program effectiveness and propose structural improvements to drive increased revenue and engagement • Lead conversations around program terms, and profitability considerations with confidence and professionalism • Maintain program documentation, data sheets, and other requirements with accuracy and efficiency • Represent HPG Brands across designated social and distributor platforms, actively engaging in project opportunities and brand-building conversations • Elevate brand presence through strategic digital engagement aligned with company growth initiatives

- Ability to influence assortment decisions and articulate ROI and revenue impact
- Comfortable navigating pricing negotiations and margin conversations independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth strategy
- Highly organized with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Promotional products industry experience strongly preferred
