E-commerce Specialist

• Manage and optimize **product listings** across ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar). • Monitor **website performance, conversion rates, and sales metrics**. • Coordinate **product launches, promotions, and merchandising strategies**. • Ensure **product content accuracy** including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory. • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute **email, paid media, and promotional campaigns**. • Analyze **sales data, customer behavior, and site analytics** to identify growth opportunities. • Implement **SEO best practices** for product pages and category pages. • Manage **inventory updates and stock levels** across platforms. • Support **marketplace operations** (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) when applicable. • Troubleshoot ecommerce issues related to **orders, checkout, product pages, and integrations**.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in **ecommerce operations or digital commerce**.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as **Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central**.
  • Familiarity with **analytics tools** (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Looker, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of **digital marketing channels** (paid ads, email marketing, SEO).
  • Strong **Excel / Google Sheets** skills.
  • Excellent **attention to detail and organizational skills**.
