Role Description As part of our growth, we are looking for a Store Manager with strong WooCommerce expertise to help manage and optimize our online storefront, improve operational efficiency, and support the continued expansion of our digital commerce platform. - Manage day-to-day operations of the WordPress / WooCommerce store - Maintain product listings, pricing, categories, and descriptions - Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO and conversion - Manage plugins, updates, and overall WooCommerce functionality Inventory & Product Operations - Manage product inventory and stock levels - Maintain SKUs, product variations, and attributes - Coordinate product launches and updates - Monitor stock alerts and reorder thresholds Website Optimization - Improve site speed, performance, and UX - Optimize checkout flows and reduce cart abandonment - Implement landing pages and promotional campaigns Order & Fulfillment Oversight - Monitor order processing workflows - Oversee shipping integration and fulfillment tools - Ensure smooth checkout and order tracking experience Marketing Support - Implement promotions, coupons, bundles, and upsells - Support email marketing integrations - Assist with SEO optimization of product pages and blog content Reporting & Analytics - Monitor store performance and KPIs - Analyze sales data and customer behavior - Identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue Qualifications - 3+ years experience managing WooCommerce stores - Strong WordPress backend experience - Experience managing large product catalogs and inventory - Understanding of SEO and conversion optimization - Experience with WooCommerce plugins and integrations - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Requirements - Experience in biohacking, wellness, supplements, or research compounds (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Nice to Have) - Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console (Nice to Have) - Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS (Nice to Have) Benefits - Work in one of the fastest-growing sectors in health and longevity - Join a high-growth eCommerce business with strong expansion plans - Opportunity to take ownership of the WooCommerce ecosystem - Work closely with founders and leadership - Potential to grow into Head of eCommerce or Digital Operations - Opportunities for growth and advancement - Competitive compensation package, including HMO - Paid time off, including US holidays and vacation - Remote (Philippines-based)
