Position Summary Harness is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Harness Code Repository, a core pillar of the end-to-end Harness software delivery platform. You will own strategy and execution across source control, pull requests, governance, and AI-assisted developer workflows - deeply integrating code into the broader lifecycle (code → build → security → deploy). Now we need to make it faster to integrate, easier to trust, and more obviously valuable to the developers and operators building on top of it. This is our first product management hire, and it's a role for someone who sees that as an opportunity rather than a warning sign. What You'll Own - API & Platform Development: Identify the highest-impact improvements across our API endpoints, schemas, data models, and webhook capabilities, and work with engineering to ship them. - Developer Experience & Documentation: Partner with our product specialist to evolve our documentation, integration guides, onboarding tutorials, and code examples into a developer experience that gets teams to their first successful integration fast. - Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for fleets and platform customers, reducing connection friction, improving setup clarity, and designing the path to the first moment where a customer genuinely sees what Catena's data can do. - Customer Discovery: Spend real time with customers — brokers, TMSs, fintechs, fleets — understanding their operational workflows and where data does and doesn't deliver value today.
