Exciting Responsibilities: - System Administration: Lead the installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of our WBSCM SAP NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA systems. - Performance Tuning: Enhance system performance through meticulous monitoring, load balancing, and optimization of database and application server resources. - Transport Management: Oversee the transport management system (TMS) to seamlessly move changes across development, QA, and production landscapes. - Database Management: Conduct backups, restores, and vigilant monitoring of our SAP HANA and SQL Server databases. - Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical expert, swiftly resolving system errors, dumps, and connectivity issues to keep our systems running flawlessly. You will partner closely with payroll teams, HR leaders, and SAP technical teams to maintain system stability, resolve complex payroll issues, and continuously improve payroll processes. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM U.S. Public Sector Payroll configuration experience. - Public Sector K-12 education payroll experience is a MUST. - MUST have experience with the following: - Payroll schemas and rules - Wage type configuration - Payroll processing and troubleshooting - Retroactive accounting - Payroll posting to finance - Experience supporting payslip configuration. - Experience supporting integrations with external payroll systems or vendors. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC and S/4HANA Payroll is a PLUS. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori payroll applications is a PLUS. - Ability to work standard East Coast hours.
