HDD Account Manager
Kondex Corporation
• Own regional revenue and margin performance. • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing HDD distribution partners. • Identify coverage gaps and execute expansion strategy. • Drive distributor performance through structured growth plans, reviews, and accountability. • Recommend corrective action or rationalization of underperforming partners. • Partner with distributors to strengthen contractor relationships and drive pull-through demand. • Conduct demonstrations, trials, and application support through periodic job site visits. • Lead regional VOC and competitive intelligence efforts. • Develop and execute annual territory growth plans. • Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting, and pipeline visibility. • Partner with Sales, Product Strategy, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment and resolve field issues.
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of sales or application experience in HDD, construction, or mechanical equipment markets.
- Demonstrated success growing territory revenue or expanding distribution.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort in field environments.
- Ability to travel up to 75% across assigned region.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience building or scaling distributor networks preferred.
- Direct experience with HDD tooling or drilling operations preferred.

This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong business acumen who offers solutions to challenges, has a positive presence with internal and external customers, is well organized, and can multitask in a continuously changing and dynamic ophthalmic surgery (or surgical) environment. Assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales revenue and product objectives are achieved through consultation and value-based communications with ophthalmologists, surgery centers, and staff on the use, characteristics, and advantages of Harrow peri-operative products. Prospective candidates should have a proven track record of success in managing peri-operative therapies, managing relationships between a physician’s office and their ASC, buy-and-bill sales, and working in a highly collaborative matrix environment.
