Role Description The Sr. Manager, Pricing and Contracts leads the day-to-day administration of pricing strategy and contract lifecycle for ImprimisRx’s compounded product portfolio, ensuring contract terms, pricing structures, and customer agreements are accurate, compliant, and competitively positioned. Reporting to the Associate Director, Analytics and Commercial Operations, this role serves as a key operational partner to Sales, Finance, and Legal, translating contract terms into system configurations and analytics that support sound business decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, deep familiarity with compounding pharmacy pricing and contracting practices, and the ability to manage complex, detail-intensive processes under tight deadlines. Core Responsibilities - Own end-to-end administration of ImprimisRx customer contracts — physician, ASC, and surgery center agreements — including contract loading, terms validation, and renewal management. - Conduct ongoing analysis and reviews of pricing and contract terms for ImprimisRx compounded-product customers, ensuring pricing structures and business terms remain accurate, competitive, and aligned with compounding-specific regulatory and business requirements. - Partner with Sales and Finance to develop and evaluate pricing strategies and discount structures that support gross-to-net and margin objectives for the compounded product portfolio. - Lead the Pricing Committee, convening Sales, Finance, and Legal to review pricing proposals, present analysis and recommendations, and drive pricing decisions to resolution. - Review, validate, and resolve pricing and billing discrepancies raised by ImprimisRx customers, coordinating with Finance and Customer Service as needed. - Build and maintain pricing and contract analytics and dashboards that give leadership visibility into contract performance, renewal timing, and financial impact. - Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing and contracting systems supporting ImprimisRx, managing configuration, data integrity, and process improvements. - Ensure all pricing and contracting activities comply with applicable state and federal compounding pharmacy regulations and internal policies. - Support audits and internal reviews of ImprimisRx pricing and contract documentation, maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes. - Train and mentor junior pricing and contracts analysts on ImprimisRx-specific processes and systems. - Partner cross-functionally with Legal and Sales Operations to support new contract negotiations, amendments, and dispute resolution. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus. - 5–8 years of experience in pricing, contracting, or commercial operations, ideally within pharmaceutical, compounding pharmacy, or healthcare services. - Strong working knowledge of pricing and contracting practices specific to compounded pharmaceuticals preferred. - Experience administering customer contracts, including pricing terms, renewals, and dispute resolution. - Proficiency with pricing and contract management systems and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Sales. - High degree of integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive pricing and contract data. - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Role Description The Associate Director of Clinical Affairs is a key contributor to the creation and execution of the Clinical Affairs strategy and tactics. Role Description The Pharmacy Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships and managing accounts for their assigned customers within their geographic territory. Role Description The Key Account Manager will be responsible for expanding profitable business in an assigned base of new and existing customers. Role Description Reporting to the Marketing Director and part of the Commercial team, the Marketing Operations Manager supports the brand team in executing upstream and downstream marketing activities across all brand portfolios. This role manages marketing platforms — including Veeva PromoMats, the marketing fulfillment site, and Showpad — and owns the promotional review cycle (PRC) for both Branded and Compounded Product portfolios, ensuring all materials submitted for distribution are accurate, compliant, and filed with the FDA in a timely manner. Core Responsibilities - Coordinate all promotional materials through the PRC process in Veeva PromoMats, including scheduling, forecasting, and prioritization of jobs against business priorities. - Review and QC all FDA-approved promotional materials submitted and annotated for PRC, and lead weekly promotional review meetings to drive coordinated, timely feedback and approval. - Work with the Promotional Review Committee to ensure regulatory approval and 2253 submission of materials prior to dissemination, coordinating with outside vendors on accurate final submissions. - Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation of PRC decisions and approvals, and monitor OPDP and PhRMA Code guidance to keep promotional review practices current. - Manage the trademark log for all Harrow trademarks to ensure accurate, consistent use across promotional materials. - Identify and implement process and systems efficiencies across marketing platforms, and manage SOPs for all SaaS marketing tools. - Train new team members and cross-functional stakeholders on PRC submission requirements and the Veeva PromoMats workflow. - Create and maintain NDCs and labels for all ImprimisRx compounded products, and submit them to the required databanks. Role Description The Director, Access Solutions, will serve as a critical strategic and operational leader within Harrow's market access organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the full spectrum of patient and provider access programs. Core Responsibilities - Specialty Pharmacy Operations and Management - Lead the strategic design, contracting, and ongoing performance management of Harrow's specialty pharmacy network, including national and regional specialty pharmacy partners. - Establish and monitor specialty pharmacy KPIs (fill rates, time-to-therapy, patient satisfaction, adherence metrics) and hold partners accountable to contractual service-level agreements. - Collaborate with Trade and Distribution leadership to ensure seamless product flow from wholesaler to specialty pharmacy to patient. - Ensure all specialty pharmacy operations are fully compliant with applicable federal and state regulations, company policies, and FDA guidelines. - Serve as the primary point of escalation for specialty pharmacy operational issues, resolving barriers to patient access quickly and effectively. - HUB Services and Patient Support Programs - Own the design, vendor selection, contracting, and ongoing management of Harrow's HUB services platform, including patient support programs, benefits investigation, prior authorization support, appeals assistance, and adherence programs. - Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to develop patient-facing materials, nurse educator programs, and support resources that enhance the patient experience and drive therapy initiation and adherence. - Establish and monitor HUB performance metrics (case turnaround times, PA approval rates, patient enrollment, abandonment rates) and drive operational improvements with the HUB vendor. - Ensure HUB programs are designed to address the unique access and reimbursement dynamics of ophthalmology, including in-office administered products and specialty pharmacy-dispensed therapies. - Regional Pharmacy Program - Build and manage a regional pharmacy program tailored to local market dynamics, ensuring patients in geographically diverse markets have access to Harrow's products through preferred local and regional pharmacy partners. - Identify, evaluate, and contract with high-value regional pharmacy partners; develop customized account plans and support resources to drive program performance. - Monitor regional pharmacy program metrics and trends; leverage data insights to optimize network coverage, patient access, and pharmacy engagement. - Work closely with field-based market access and sales teams to align regional pharmacy strategies with local commercial priorities and payer environments. - Prior Authorization Improvement - Lead enterprise-wide prior authorization strategy, working with payer teams, HUB vendors, and field market access to minimize PA burden on providers and reduce time-to-therapy for patients. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive PA landscape analysis across commercial and government payers, identifying coverage gaps, restrictive criteria, and appeal opportunities. - Create and continuously update PA support tools for physicians and office staff (step edit guides, clinical summary letters, appeal templates, and medical exception forms) in close partnership with Medical Affairs. - Implement PA tracking and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into approval rates, denial trends, and appeal outcomes; use data to inform payer strategy and coverage improvement initiatives. - Copay Program Management and Optimization - Design, launch, and manage patient copay assistance programs across Harrow's portfolio, ensuring programs are structured to maximize patient affordability and market access impact. - Partner with Finance and Legal/Compliance to establish copay program parameters, eligibility criteria, and benefit caps that are both commercially effective and compliant with all applicable regulations (including OIG guidance and CMS requirements), with clear business rules that safeguard program integrity against fraud, waste, and abuse. - Select and manage copay program vendors and third-party administrators; negotiate contracts, establish performance standards, and conduct regular business reviews. - Monitor copay program utilization, cost-effectiveness, and patient outcomes; adjust program design to capture optimization opportunities. - Stay current on the copay accumulator and maximizer landscape; proactively develop strategies to protect program value and patient access as payer policies evolve. - Market Access Communications - Develop and lead market access communications strategy, creating clear, compelling, and compliant messaging that articulates Harrow's access solutions to payers, providers, pharmacy partners, and patients. - Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal/Regulatory to develop and review market access materials including payer dossiers, reimbursement guides, access toolkits, and field training content. - Develop educational content and communication strategies that proactively address payer coverage dynamics, PA requirements, and access program availability with healthcare professionals. - Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic communications resource for cross-functional teams navigating complex reimbursement environments; translate technical reimbursement and policy issues into actionable guidance for commercial and medical teams. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD) preferred. - 10+ years of progressive market access, patient services, or specialty pharmacy experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or ophthalmology companies. - Demonstrated experience designing and managing end-to-end access programs from vendor selection and contracting through performance management and optimization. - Strong understanding of the complex reimbursement landscape for ophthalmology, including buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy-dispensed products, J-Code reimbursement, and Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid dynamics (strongly preferred). - Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence and align Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance, and Finance stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with experience developing and monitoring KPIs, interpreting program data, and driving data-informed decisions. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to translate complex market access concepts into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences. Role Description The Associate Director of Medical Affairs will provide strategic and scientific expertise to support the company’s portfolio and pipeline, while playing a key role in executing Medical Affairs strategy and tactics. Qualifications - Terminal Degree MD/DO/OD/PhD/PharmD preferred. - Extensive ophthalmic experience required. - A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in an internal strategic Medical Affairs or internal Marketing role required. - Extensive experience working on promotional and internal review teams (PRC/MRL) required. - Experience working with broad product portfolios is highly preferred. - Experience in scientific presentations and medical writing is preferred. - Broad knowledge of product development, regulatory requirements, payer landscape, and life cycle management preferred. - Proven ability and experience to develop and foster peer-to-peer, credible relationships with Medical Experts/decision makers. - Working knowledge of the Healthcare System and of the research procedures as well as the ICH guidelines, GCP, and other ethical guidelines. - Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret scientific/clinical literature. - Proficient with MS Office applications. - Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English is required. Role Description The QA Compliance Intern will provide foundational administrative and operational support to the Quality Department. This role is designed to offer a student or recent graduate hands-on experience in oversight of external manufacturing operations and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partnerships. As an intern, you will assist in ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements and industry standards and support the internal quality team with various tasks and projects. Core Responsibilities - Assist in the initiation and administrative tracking of incoming inquiries, including Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), Adverse Events (AEs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs). - Support the Quality Team in maintaining seamless communication between internal departments (Supply Chain, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs) and external manufacturing partners. - Learn to support the initiation of investigations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change controls, and validation documentation within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. - Monitor the general QA mailbox, ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. - Assist in the maintenance and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and training programs. - Contribute to the organization of files and documentation required for internal and external audits. - Provide general project management support for the Quality Department, including data entry into Excel and drafting correspondence.
