Account Manager, Wholesale Nonqm

Champions Funding LLC

• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely movement from submission through funding while providing exceptional service to brokers and borrowers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, borrowers, and internal departments (Sales, Underwriting, Disclosures, Docs, Funding), facilitating smooth and clear communication throughout the loan lifecycle. • Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, coordinating with all relevant parties to obtain outstanding documentation. • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure loans meet all underwriting conditions and are cleared to close within required timelines. • Monitor and update key loan milestones within the LOS, ensuring accurate and timely system updates. • Resolve issues or discrepancies quickly and effectively to prevent delays in the loan process. • Educate brokers and clients on Non-QM loan products, documentation requirements, and loan status updates. • Maintain knowledge of current Non-QM guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations. • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline productivity and turn-time expectations. • Provide feedback and suggestions to management on process improvements and broker experience enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of mortgage experience, preferably in Non-QM loan processing or account management.
  • Proven success in managing a loan pipeline from submission to funding.
  • Strong understanding of Non-QM products and guidelines.
  • Experience with Lending QB/Meridian Link is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and mortgage loan origination systems.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
