Sales Specialist

• Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers in the action sports industry. • Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and reports. • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients. • Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for key account meetings. • Handle inquiries and requests from key accounts in a prompt and professional manner. • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. • Coordinate sales events such as seasonal sales meetings, retailer events, and ad hoc sales team travel. • Ensure timely follow up on tasks and due dates.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordinator role
- Familiarity with the action sports industry, particularly in apparel, motocross, and mountain bike gear.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
