• Coordinate the collaboration of cross functional partners and 3rd party vendors from project planning to execution/post deployment review. • Prioritize tasks for Deployment Coordinators while supporting the Deployment Engineering team with non-standard deployments. • Lead projects through design, procurement, deployment and commissioning of shared and collaborative IT gear in tech office builds, including the verticals of: Video Conferencing (VC), event production spaces, digital signage, broadcast studios & more. • Provide project stakeholders with a routine status of the deployment project, actively communicating technical issues and risks, and minimizing the impact of these issues and risks through the use of Asana. Posting weekly project updates. • Applying the client standards while determining the design, bill of materials, and drawings for new and remodelled offices, working collaboratively with the design engineers and cross functional partners. • Engage with third party vendors for hardware procurement, scheduling, and integration of systems. Holding outside vendors accountable for proper installation and commitments to contracts such as adhering to schedules & handing over a complete product or project across the finish line. • Regularly perform site visits throughout the lifecycle of the projects. • Performs testing and commissioning handovers with third party vendors. • Light drafting work in AutoCAD, marking up drawings to convey design intent to other trades. • Participating in Bluebeam sessions during design reviews to sign off on drawings, documentation, RFI’s, etc. • Travel up to 30% of the time.

• Provide first-line contact to clients via phone, email, and remote VPN access. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in an accurate and timely manner, including hardware, software, network, and AV system faults. • Support, configure, and maintain AV control systems including Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS, ensuring stable operation of meeting room and conferencing environments. • Configure, tune, and troubleshoot audio DSP platforms such as Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS, and other enterprise DSP solutions. • Monitor and maintain customer endpoint estates, including AV endpoints, codecs, controllers, and network-connected devices. • Maintain the current technology infrastructure to ensure that it is reliable, optimized, and fit for purpose. • Maintain infrastructure resilience, backup, and recovery. • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, business-focused IT and AV support service in line with agreed SLAs. • Ensure that the technology infrastructure is secure and remains so, working closely with US and other regional teams. • Deliver on agreed IT strategy and contribute to the achievement of goals and objectives aligned with corporate plans. • Identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement across IT and AV environments.

• Act as a liaison between the Project Managers and other departments within the company, including sales, logistics, warehousing, client and operations. • Respond to RFP on behalf of PMO organization delivering preliminary Project Plans, Schedule of Values, and RFI Responses. • Assist with project planning, including creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking project milestones, and monitoring project budgets. • Help ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget by monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues that may impact project delivery. • Support the project team in preparing project documentation and reports, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation. • Maintain project-related files and documentation, ensuring that all project information is up to date and easily accessible. • Help the Project Managers in coordinating the activities of project team members, including scheduling and attending project meetings, tracking action items, and following up on project-related tasks.

• Support the Project Manager and Program with end-to-end project management for Network Deployment initiatives, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Execute small to midsize project workstreams with Project Manager oversight • Help track project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Support entry and execution of detailed project plans while meeting EOS program process standards (Jira tickets, other EOS tools) to ensure schedules are met within program SLAs • Support project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing site situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed • Provide proactive support across the many layers of planning from the start of each site deployment, including surveys, staging of hardware, and deployments • Involvement in risk assessments and support of program mitigation strategies to drive project success • Assist with communication and accountability of internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to optimize resource utilization and timely task delivery • Support PM, project, and program procurement and logistics for equipment, materials, and service needs • Assist program tracking of project progress and KPIs, communicating status updates and actionable insights to Project Managers • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams, serving as liaison between technical and non-technical contributors in internal, client, and vendor or subcontractor organizations • Assist the Project Manager and program in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring accurate financial documentation in partnership with finance teams • Apply and uphold project coordinator best practices, task deployment, and tools to drive project success • Assist with project closure activities including handover documentation, ongoing activity transfer, post-project reviews on PMO task execution, and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement • Support collaboration with facilities and construction teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards • Travel to project sites when requested to learn or oversee activities and provide hands-on support

• Leads, plans, and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel as all documentation is Excel based • Advanced technical understanding of Network projects to discuss site requirements with all stakeholders including but not limited to engineers, PMs, and management • Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed • Proactiveness is required as the role includes many layers of planning from the start of each site deployment from surveys, staging of hardware, and deployments • Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated with the completion of each project’s objectives • Manage customer expectations on updates of all documentation throughout the week for both customer internal documents • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all project targets and requirements are met • Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement

• Lead the end-to-end management of fiber optic splicing projects, including new builds, network expansions, and repairs. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Conduct site assessments, review engineering design packages (EDPs), and validate technical feasibility. • Oversee installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure alignment with specifications. • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards. • Provide technical direction on fusion and mechanical splicing for single-mode, multi-mode, and ribbon fiber. • Supervise OTDR, OLTS, and power meter testing, ensuring data accuracy and certification integrity. • Analyze OTDR traces, loss budgets, and test results for quality assurance. • Support root cause analysis for faults or defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Stay current with emerging fiber optic technologies, testing methodologies, and equipment advancements. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including splicing technicians, engineers, and subcontractors. • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all operational protocols. • Mentor team members and foster professional development across field operations. • Act as the key liaison between internal departments, vendors, and clients to maintain communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Enforce QA/QC standards through regular inspections and audits. • Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements, contractual obligations, and industry benchmarks (ITU, FOA, BICSI). • Manage project documentation, including test results, as-built records, and handover packs. • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety policies and environmental standards. • Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource utilization. • Track progress against KPIs, milestones, and SLAs. • Deliver regular project reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to senior management and stakeholders. • Support post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct site-level AV audits to assess current state and project readiness. • Serve as SME for AV systems and their integration with Cisco and Microsoft collaboration platforms. • Plan, implement, and manage global conference room deployments in alignment with BTS budgets. • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using Microsoft Office Suite and other tools. • Provide monthly spend reports and maintain financial oversight of project budgets. • Align project goals with organizational strategies and broader IT initiatives. • Manage operational and administrative support for the global AV estate. • Lead deployments of complex spaces, including large divisible rooms. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for collaboration and conferencing. • Conduct risk assessments and proactively manage mitigation strategies. • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. • Liaise with architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to uphold design and execution standards. • Partner with IT and support teams to improve conferencing experiences and resolve issues. • Communicate project status, risks, and training opportunities to key stakeholders. • Adjust scope, timelines, and resources as needed to ensure project success. • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support long-term collaboration.

• Own and expand strategic global accounts, positioning EOS as a trusted partner across multiple business units and regions. • Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new opportunity creation. • Develop and execute global account strategies, navigating matrixed organizations with precision. • Negotiate and close high-value, multi-year commercial agreements that balance customer value and EOS profitability. • Partner internally with delivery, operations, technical, and executive teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and outcomes. • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning customer needs with EOS’s portfolio of advanced IT and managed services solutions. • Ensure successful solution delivery, meeting customer objectives and timeline expectations. • Maintain rigorous account plans, forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM best practices (e.g., Salesforce). • Represent EOS globally through on-site engagements, QBRs, and executive-level conversations. • Analyze market and customer trends to identify growth areas and contribute to long-term strategy.

• Design, program, and implement Crestron-based control systems for audio-visual applications in commercial and residential environments. • Collaborate with project teams, including AV engineers and designers, to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise. • Develop customized user interfaces for control panels, touch screens, and mobile devices using Crestron's proprietary programming software. • Integrate AV components, including video conferencing systems, displays, audio systems, and other peripherals, into unified control systems. • Configure and program DSP processors for audio optimization, echo cancellation, noise reduction, and other audio processing tasks. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of programmed systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. • Provide documentation and training to clients and internal teams on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AV control systems and DSP programming.
