Role Description ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Army Vantage Data Analyst Senior to support the U.S. Army’s data-driven decision environment under the CECOM SETA Program. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Army Vantage dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics products supporting readiness, sustainment, and enterprise modernization. - Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards integrating Army data sources (GFEBS, GCSS-Army, Vantage). - Create optimized ETL processes and SQL-based data pipelines. - Perform data validation, quality assurance, and integration across Army systems. - Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver analytic solutions aligned to mission needs. - Present findings and trends to leadership through advanced visualization techniques. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of data analytics experience. - Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. - Experience with Army Vantage or other DoD data systems. - Minimum active DoD Secret clearance. - U.S. citizenship required.
