Role Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) at InvestNext plays a dual role in driving growth across our customer segments. The role focuses on generating qualified pipeline through targeted outbound engagement with Mid-Market General Partners (GPs). These are sophisticated organizations with complex decision processes. BDRs partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to execute coordinated account strategies and deliver high-quality opportunities while also contributing directly to revenue through smaller deals. Mid-Market GPs represent InvestNext’s highest-impact growth segment, and outbound engagement is essential to driving pipeline and market awareness of key InvestNext offerings. BDRs are critical to both near-term growth and long-term market expansion. We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance with uncapped bonuses. Base salary is determined with the consideration of experience and role expectations, in alignment with our salary bands. The salary for a BDR ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year for this mid-level role. Additionally, on-target commissions are $20,000 per year, with accelerators and SPIFFs to reward exceeding targets.
