• Execute business development strategies to expand Cart.com’s presence in the 3PL & Fulfillment market. • Build consultative relationships with prospects to introduce Cart.com’s supply chain services. • Manage and grow a pipeline of mid-size deals, ensuring consistent progress toward sales targets. • Partner with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific needs and challenges. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with Cart.com’s offerings. • Contribute to customer retention by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Support contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms for clients and Cart.com. • Represent Cart.com at industry events, promoting our brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in eCommerce, logistics, or related industries.
- Proven success in managing a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline and meeting revenue goals.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
