Senior Aternity Administrator

IT Coalition

• Proactively track the health of applications and Windows/Mac endpoints • Install, configure, and maintain Aternity agents and servers to ensure accurate metric collection • Utilize Aternity dashboards to analyze user experience, identify bottlenecks, and generate reports on KPIs • Investigate performance issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues • Create custom business process flows and monitor end-user activity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years with Aternity or similar end-user device performance monitoring tools
  • 10 years overall IT experience
  • Proficiency with the Aternity platform building custom dashboards and monitoring solutions for end-user devices
  • Knowledge of upgrade process and patching is essential
  • Knowledge of API integrations, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation
  • Familiar with ServiceNow and how it integrates with Aternity, SQL, and Tableau
  • Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance

Role Description The Specialty Admission Coordinator is responsible for managing specialty medication referrals from receipt through insurance clearance to ensure timely and accurate patient access to therapy. This role serves as the key point of contact for: - Benefit investigation - Prior authorization - Coordination with internal stakeholders (pharmacy and nursing staff) - Financial counseling with patients The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring referrals meet payer requirements and in facilitating seamless communication between patients, providers, pharmacy staff, and the sales team.
