Lease Administrator
Labcorp
• Prepare leases and other documents supporting life cycle of a real estate asset • Monitor lease renewals and extension option dates and prepares Landlord notifications. • Inputs, maintains, organizes, and reports on information regarding lease activities, lease data, and financial accounting into real estate management software database. • Communicate with landlords, property managers, and other real estate vendors to obtain/request data about a site(s). • Assist with reconciliations for leasing and operational expenses on a regular basis. • Review and process invoices and Landlord reimbursements for lease expenses including but not limited to utilities, janitorial services, parking fees, and building maintenance. • Review, evaluate, and recommend on lease terms and conditions including but not limited to rental rate, escalations, and tenant improvement allowances. • Assists with financial and lease reporting by providing data insight to Transaction Managers and Real Estate Managers, as well as track and measure critical dates and metrics.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree with 1 year or more of experience or High School Diploma with 5 years or more of experience.
- Current and/or prior Labcorp experience is preferred.

Role Description The Specialty Admission Coordinator is responsible for managing specialty medication referrals from receipt through insurance clearance to ensure timely and accurate patient access to therapy. This role serves as the key point of contact for: - Benefit investigation - Prior authorization - Coordination with internal stakeholders (pharmacy and nursing staff) - Financial counseling with patients The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring referrals meet payer requirements and in facilitating seamless communication between patients, providers, pharmacy staff, and the sales team.
