• Advise on FDA regulatory matters including product approvals, labeling, advertising, and compliance • Support and lead interactions with the FDA • Assist with due diligence for transactions involving FDA-regulated entities • Develop regulatory strategies to support business objectives • Manage healthcare-related litigation and compliance issues • Draft and review complex legal documents • Conduct legal research and analysis on FDA regulations
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of strong experience practicing FDA law
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Illinois or in good standing with another state bar
- Excellent business and legal judgment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to stay well-informed of emerging legal developments
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proactive and committed to understanding the industry
