• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and partner resources. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by ensuring efficient project kickoff, steady delivery velocity, and proactive risk mitigation. • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Services Account Managers to ensure client needs are addressed. • Act as the primary point of escalation for clients and partners, transforming feedback into continuous service improvements. • Cultivate a culture where consultants capture field intelligence to drive new service innovation. • Drive the adoption of standardized delivery methodologies and lead enablement for new feature rollouts.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or professional services, with a proven track record of driving strategic client value.
- 3+ years of management experience leading technical consulting teams, with direct responsibility for internal staff and subcontractors (subKs).
- Proven experience meeting revenue targets through effective forecasting, team productivity, and billable utilization management.
- Experience planning and optimizing staff allocation, managing delivery velocity, and ensuring financial accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.
- Deep understanding of security principles and the ability to translate technical gaps into business risk and strategic opportunities.
- Advanced consulting skills with an emphasis on client management and the ability to act as a high-impact partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
- Strong SOW review and validation skills, with the ability to ensure project scopes and assumptions are realistic and deliverable.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated experience driving innovative change at the team level, preferably applying AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
