Qualifications - A Systems Thinker: You don't just apply one-off fixes; you build scalable systems and establish best practices that others follow. - Autonomous Leader: You operate with strategic influence and take full ownership of programs from conception to completion. - Operational Expert: You thrive in fast-scaling environments and possess strong prioritization skills to manage competing high-stakes initiatives. - Data-Driven: You use data to measure business impact and drive improvements in time-to-productivity and system utilization. - Culture Champion: You understand how to bridge the gap between technical operations and human connection, particularly in a hybrid work environment. Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision plans - Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts - Flexible PTO - 401(k) + Company Match - Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more Company Description We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen.
