Account Coordinator, Programmatic

• Support Account Managers and programmatic teams in the execution and day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns. • Assist with campaign setup, pacing, optimizations, and QA across DSPs. • Monitor campaign performance and help compile insights, reports, and dashboards. • Collaborate with client services and internal teams to support client-first recommendations. • Communicate clearly and professionally in internal and client-facing interactions. • Manage assigned tasks and timelines while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. • Learn and apply programmatic best practices to help drive campaign performance. • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and uphold core company values. • Bring forward questions, ideas, and observations to help improve workflows and campaign execution.
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience or internship exposure in digital or programmatic media.
- Basic familiarity with programmatic concepts across Display, Video, or CTV.
- Exposure to DSPs such as DV360, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team environment.
