Planet Technologies
• Design and implement secure and scalable Exchange hybrid environments • Lead Microsoft 365 migrations, with heavy emphasis on Email and tenant-to-tenant migrations • Execute third-party Email migrations from platforms like Google Workspace, Zimbra, and other IMAP platforms • Advise clients on identity architecture, including Entra ID, hybrid identity, and conditional access • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API calls for automation and reporting • Troubleshoot complex mail flow, hybrid configuration, and authentication issues • Collaborate with internal and client teams on architecture, documentation, and execution • Stay current on the Microsoft 365 roadmap and evolving best practices • Identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365, and hybrid configurations and migrations
- Expert-level experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Deep understanding of identity services: Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Connect, and hybrid device join
- Strong experience with Quest On Demand, AvePoint Fly Saas and BitTitan tools
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Experience with the Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with Defender for Office 365 and compliance/security settings

• Provides consultative recommendations as well as integration and application design input to the prospect or customer. This includes presenting sales demonstrations with a focus on proactive promotion of business case solutions. • Prepares and validates “Return on Investment” analyses for each project pre-sales and post implementation. Participates in joint sales calls with the members of the Honeywell Voice sales team for the purpose of providing both operational and technical support. Assists with training partners to increase their ability to sell, implement, and support Honeywell Voice solutions. • Interacts with and inquires business needs from various customer representatives ranging from executives, senior operations management, IT representatives, warehouse operations management, and end-users throughout the pre-sales process. • Documents the initial system design and application requirements during the presales process; generates the initial system architecture documents; plus working with the Implementation Project Manager (IPM) to obtain the required budgetary estimates relating to New Feature Requests and system change requests. • Responsible for complex, in-depth technical support and product assistance in the selection portion of the sales process. Provide internal Product Development group with customer feedback for the improvement of existing products and the development of future products.
• Conduct timely outreach to assigned leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings to initiate client conversations and build interest in the firm’s wealth management services • Qualify prospective clients by assessing financial needs, goals, and fit through structured discovery conversations • Gather and document detailed client information to support Advisors in advancing opportunities and closing business • Partner with Advisors throughout the sales process to ensure continuity, alignment, and a seamless client experience • Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline • Accurately track lead activity, opportunity status, and pipeline progress within CRM systems • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to follow established lead handling processes and ensure timely handoffs • Deliver a professional, consultative experience that reflects the firm’s client-first approach • Meet or exceed individual sales activity and conversion targets • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and sales outcomes
