What You’ll Do - Offer strategic coaching in essential areas, such as cash flow and budgeting, through text and video consultations. - Support clients in understanding their financial situations and guide them in developing practical budgeting and cash flow habits that fit their goals. - Provide general education around financial well-being topics such as emergency planning, financial habits, and long-term financial awareness. - Help clients build the skills and habits to meet both daily obligations and larger goals, such as saving for retirement or purchasing a home. - Stay current with financial literacy trends and budgeting strategies to offer clients the most relevant coaching. - Support clients in tracking their progress and guide them in adapting budgeting and saving strategies to life changes or shifts in financial goals. Qualifications - Proven experience supporting individuals in financial coaching, financial wellbeing, financial education, or similar roles focused on financial literacy and money habits. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. - Strong analytical abilities to interpret budgeting and spending data, and provide well-grounded coaching that helps clients build sustainable financial habits. - Ability to produce engaging written content; video creation skills are a plus but not mandatory. - Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients. - Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills. • Provide client consultation for analytical consulting engagements, including decision tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring validation, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development for consumer solutions. • Topics include optimization strategies, model development and usage and business intelligence consulting around portfolio profiling, market share and credit risk analysis. • Be a project lead for complex client deliveries and implementations and complete ad-hoc analytical projects for clients, including score validations, business intelligence analyzes and optimization strategies. • Implement projects to support the direct revenue goal for the Configured Analytics team, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Work interactively with a team of trained Consultants, Project Managers, Statisticians, and Analysts. • Support sales and software consultants to understand client needs and provide viable analytical solutions. • Lead business development efforts and support product development, management, and marketing programs to fuel revenue growth. • Develop internal and external relationships. • Support field sales team and marketing organization by providing analytical and consulting expertise. • Participate in internally and externally sponsored speaking engagements. • Create presentations and present to internal and external clients on statistical analyses of results. • Manage projects ensuring accurate deliverables. • Provide direction to statistical analyst on statistical methods to achieve analytical goals, which could include multiple regression methodologies, decision trees and clusters.

• Work with the Team Lead for the analysis of highly complex data sources, identifying trends and patterns in data and make recommendations based on analysis results • Perform root cause analysis on complex data anomalies and working closely data stewards to define best practice • Ability to develop Measurement Plans for Web & App Analytics Platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. • Ability to Test & Debug the Analytics Data Collection using various debugging tools • Analyze data and generate insights in form of revenue/growth prediction, trends and anomalies, customer segmentation, etc. • Work closely with the project management teams to drive delivery and engagement • Drive performance of analytics and tagging capabilities to impact overall business results • Find opportunities to cross-sell other services, including data analysis, attribution analysis, ad-tech, CRM integration, marketing automation, etc.
