Senior Business Consultant – Nordics

• Provides consultative recommendations as well as integration and application design input to the prospect or customer. This includes presenting sales demonstrations with a focus on proactive promotion of business case solutions. • Prepares and validates “Return on Investment” analyses for each project pre-sales and post implementation. Participates in joint sales calls with the members of the Honeywell Voice sales team for the purpose of providing both operational and technical support. Assists with training partners to increase their ability to sell, implement, and support Honeywell Voice solutions. • Interacts with and inquires business needs from various customer representatives ranging from executives, senior operations management, IT representatives, warehouse operations management, and end-users throughout the pre-sales process. • Documents the initial system design and application requirements during the presales process; generates the initial system architecture documents; plus working with the Implementation Project Manager (IPM) to obtain the required budgetary estimates relating to New Feature Requests and system change requests. • Responsible for complex, in-depth technical support and product assistance in the selection portion of the sales process. Provide internal Product Development group with customer feedback for the improvement of existing products and the development of future products.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess a college degree or equivalent work experience, Advanced knowledge/experience in supply chain distribution logistics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Customer facing/Pre-Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in applying various solutions within differing environments.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, Wifi, Routing, client/server computing and knowledge of Android OS and MDM as well as general networking concepts, protocols, and related diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and to prioritize workloads in a dynamic and progressive work environment.
  • Professional written, verbal and presentation skills, ability to effectively interact with all levels of the customer’s environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel overnight approximately 40% to 60% on an annualized basis.
  • Fluency in English language required. Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish language would be an advantage.
