Qualifications - Proven experience supporting individuals in financial coaching, financial wellbeing, financial education, or similar roles focused on financial literacy and money habits. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. - Strong analytical abilities to interpret budgeting and spending data, and provide well-grounded coaching that helps clients build sustainable financial habits. - Ability to produce engaging written content; video creation skills are a plus but not mandatory. - Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients. - Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills.
