Position Summary: Supply Chain experts who serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Associates (MA) Transportation Management System, lead the design, execute supply chain and transportation strategies to enhance planning, optimize dispatch costs, boost business performance in transportation management. Responsibilities: · Conduct and lead the design workshops, diligently capture the business requirements, evaluate complex business challenges in the supply chain domain, and create the technology leading solutions. · Works with business and IT stakeholders to develop TMS solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, processes, and workflows. · Analyze transportation performance and recommend configuration enhancements & process optimizations. · Document business requirements, integration requirements, reporting requirements and use cases. · Lead implementation from initial project conception through final installation. · Design, configure and Implement Manhattan Associates TMS functions. · Consistently determine how to maximize business value and optimize cost from Manhattan Associates TMS.
Job Requirements
- Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in a Supply Chain Management domain.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions technology and/or implementation experience in Manhattan Associates TMS
- Experience with 1-3 full lifecycle TMS implementations in a complex environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting the following activities: business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, solution design document creations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with tactical supply chain planning processes such as carrier capacity planning, transportation planning, network planning, carrier management, fleet management, and driver management.
- Experience using analytics and metrics to assess transportation optimization performance, carrier performance, and operational performance to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.

- Discovery & Requirement Gathering
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand transportation processes, constraints, and KPIs.
- Document business requirements, current-state workflows, and MAT functional gaps.
- Solution Design & Configuration
- Translate requirements into MAT solution designs, mapping future-state workflows.
- Configure transportation planning, execution rules, rates, routing guides, and optimization parameters.
- Integration design
- Coordinate with technical teams to design and validate integrations (APIs, carriers, OMS/WMS).
- Go‑Live Support
- Create training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
- Finalize cutover plans and validate readiness for deployment.
- Participate in the Go‑live and stabilize flows.

The Inventory Control Analyst is part of the Service Operations organization and supports warranty and post-system delivery service activities across customer sites. This role works cross-functionally with external customers and internal business functions, including Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and Customer Operations, to ensure timely claim resolution, accurate cost recovery, and consistent application of warranty policies and contractual obligations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain management, industrial engineering, information systems, operations management, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in asset tracking, serialization, service operations, warranty administration, supply chain, or related operational roles. - Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, service management, asset management, or tracking systems); SAP experience is a plus. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate large volumes of asset and transactional data. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a broader service operations team.
