This is a remote position, providing flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence organizational strategy while driving meaningful social change. - Own the strategy and execution of individual giving revenue, including acquisition, conversion, recurring giving, retention, upgrades, and donor lifetime value. - Build and scale a bequests/legacy giving program, including hiring and managing a dedicated lead, defining supporter journeys, and managing external partners. - Optimize the end-to-end donor experience, including donation flows, communications, and engagement across email, web, SMS, social, and advertising channels. - Analyze performance metrics, conduct cohort analyses, and run structured tests to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. - Manage, mentor, and develop Growth Managers, establishing clear goals, operating cadence, and accountability frameworks. - Oversee third-party and international donation partners and assess future expansion opportunities into new geographies based on data-driven insights.
