We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and oversee multiple strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence. This remote role requires a highly organized leader who can manage cross-functional programs, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects across multiple departments. The Program Director will be responsible for driving program strategy, managing program performance, and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in guiding program execution, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Leadership - Lead the planning, execution, and management of multiple programs aligned with company objectives. - Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery. - Provide leadership and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams. - Ensure program objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed. Project & Operational Oversight - Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations. - Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Establish program governance structures, reporting frameworks, and operational standards. - Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration - Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership, department heads, and program teams. - Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. - Lead program review meetings and provide strategic updates to executive leadership. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Prepare and deliver regular reports on program progress, risks, and outcomes. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Risk & Compliance Management - Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure all program activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards. Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in program management, project leadership, or operations management. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously. - Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Preferred Qualifications - Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, or related field. - Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2. - Experience leading remote or distributed teams. - Background in strategic planning or operational leadership. The Fundraising Events Intern will participate in a variety of activities related to managing fundraising events and event sponsorships. This role is ideal for a recent or current graduate student who is looking for experience in fundraising, event planning, data entry, and/or administrative support in the nonprofit sector. The Intern will gain first-hand experience with the full fundraising event lifecycle – from soliciting sponsors and supporting event logistics, to tracking fundraising data and attendee management. The Intern should have prior experience or an enthusiastic interest in learning about data entry and management in Salesforce and a strong ability to take direction and follow-through on deadlines. This will be a remote opportunity, and the Intern may be based anywhere in the U.S., with the option of occasionally working from the Enterprise office if located in the NYC or Columbia, MD areas.
