Responsibilities: - Analyze raw data from various sources including sales, customer engagement, website traffic, social media platforms and other marketing/sales technologies. - Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to marketing strategies and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and metrics. - Assist in the implementation of data collection methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific marketing questions or challenges. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing. - Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders. - Support Director of Marketing Ops & Demand Gen in data modeling, segmentation, and predictive analytics projects. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies within the marketing team. Knowledge, Abilities & Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, and KPIs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Role Description As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will report to the Head of Digital Growth and serve as the data backbone of VT Markets' Growth Team, operating remotely from China.
