Growth Marketing Analyst

• Own reporting and visibility across the full growth funnel from awareness through monetization • Establish clear funnel definitions and channel roles to support portfolio level optimization • Build and maintain a trusted single source of truth for cross channel performance • Monitor paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand performance and proactively surface risks and opportunities • Analyze CAC, LTV, payback periods, and marketing ROI to guide investment decisions • Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend experiments that unlock scalable growth • Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and quarterly planning to ensure disciplined investment • Measure and quantify brand lift and upper funnel impact to ensure long term growth investments are properly valued • Partner with Data Science to design and measure A B tests and incrementality studies • Bring rigor and clarity to attribution models, KPI definitions, and tracking frameworks • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data reliability and automation • Partner with Finance and Marketing to align spend with measurable business outcomes • Deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders that influence real time decisions

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 7 plus years of experience in Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics
  • Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Deeply understand marketing funnels, attribution, experimentation, and CAC and LTV dynamics
  • Think beyond reporting and connect analysis to financial and strategic impact
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities before they become obvious
  • Thrive in fast moving, high growth environments and hold performance to a high bar
