Role Description As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will report to the Head of Digital Growth and serve as the data backbone of VT Markets' Growth Team, operating remotely from China. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating marketing performance and generating user growth insights across global markets—building the analytical infrastructure that powers smarter, faster decisions across the business. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams globally, as well as the Global Marketing COE in Singapore, to ensure data-driven strategies translate into measurable business outcomes. Your analytical work will directly shape how VT Markets allocates and scales its global marketing investment. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related data function. - Strong preference for backgrounds in Fintech, Gaming, or E-commerce with global User Acquisition (UA) experience. - Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or Adjust. - Experience with data integration platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4). - A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; equivalent industry experience is equally considered.
