M&A Legal Counsel
TTM Technologies
• Provide day-to-day counsel and advice regarding various legal matters • Review, evaluate and manage possible candidates for mergers and acquisitions • Advise the company on mergers and acquisitions issues • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements • Assist with acquisition financing • Manage due diligence reviews • Interface with various Business Units • Manage outside counsel and consultants • Proactively identify trends and gaps in processes • Handle other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- minimum of five years of legal experience
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active Bar license
- Strong experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Familiarity with common contractual language
- Understanding of state, federal and other regulatory laws
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Experience with SEC reporting preferred but not required
- Experience in contractual matters in a manufacturing environment preferred
