About You As a Solutions Consultant at Anagram, you’ll play a key role in helping eye care practices evaluate and adopt a better way to manage insurance billing. This role exists to guide prospective customers through structured pilot programs that demonstrate the operational and financial value of Anagram and help convert successful evaluations into long-term customers. You thrive at the intersection of sales, product, and customer experience. You’re comfortable working alongside Account Executives during the sales process, helping practices understand how Anagram fits into their real-world workflows while ensuring pilot programs are implemented smoothly and deliver clear outcomes. You understand that Sales is about helping people achieve their goals and alleviate pain. You thrive in helping professionals look like heroes in their organization. You’re organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working directly with doctors, office managers, and billing teams. You know how to guide customers through onboarding, training, and evaluation milestones while keeping pilots on track. Internally, you collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure pilots run smoothly and that customer feedback helps improve both the product and how we bring it to market. What We’re Looking For: - Experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation, or Technical Customer Success role - Experience supporting SaaS sales processes, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept implementations - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple customer pilots simultaneously - Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience leading client onboarding, training, or product adoption initiatives - Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, practical solutions for customers - Comfort collaborating closely with Sales teams to support deal progression - Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) What You’ll Do - Partner closely with Account Executives to support enterprise sales opportunities that require pilot programs or deeper product validation - Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise pilot programs, including kickoff, timelines, success criteria, and evaluation milestones - Lead onboarding and training to ensure practice teams can effectively adopt the Anagram platform - Provide workflow guidance and operational support to help practices integrate Anagram into existing processes - Monitor pilot progress and keep programs aligned with deal timelines and customer decision milestones - Drive engagement across clinical, operational, and billing stakeholders throughout the pilot - Demonstrate operational and financial value to support conversion of successful pilots into long-term customers - Gather feedback from pilot participants and share insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams - Document pilot outcomes and develop repeatable processes to improve future enterprise pilot success - Play a critical role in the sales organization by helping convert enterprise pilots into closed deals, with performance incentives tied to successful pilot outcomes and revenue impact Preferred - Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth SaaS startup - Experience supporting healthcare practices or healthcare technology solutions - Familiarity with insurance, vision benefits, or medical billing terminology - Experience working with EHR or practice management systems common in optometry or vision care Anagram offers employees: - Industry-leading compensation, including salary and equity ownership - MacBook, monitor, and all the technologies you need to succeed - Full Medical & Dental Insurance - Unlimited PTO - 401k - Remote first company - Fast-paced startup environment Anagram is an equal opportunity employer.
