Director National Accounts Labcorp is seeking a highly motivated, relationship‑driven Director of National Accounts to join our Hospital and Health Systems Division. In this remote role, you will lead national commercial efforts for virtual healthcare and telemedicine partners, focusing on building new relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening executive‑level engagement to drive growth and long‑term client retention across national accounts. Job Responsibilities: - Prospecting & Pipeline Growth: Actively identify and pursue new virtual care and telemedicine opportunities by emailing prospects, leveraging LinkedIn, participating in industry conferences, and building a targeted pipeline of national digital‑health partners. - Sales Execution & New Business Acquisition: Lead end‑to‑end sales activities, including outreach, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation, to secure new partnerships across virtual care, remote behavioral health, and digital‑first care organizations. - Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives across assigned national platforms. - Serve as the primary liaison between national accounts and divisional teams to facilitate onboarding and integration of new locations. - Collaborate with field sales representatives to qualify and distribute leads generated through relationship development. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal operations and field teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and business conversion. - Partner with corporate and divisional stakeholders to assess and implement scalable onboarding strategies that drive consistent year-over-year growth. - Support national account requests through data analysis and presentation development in collaboration with analysts and directors. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and provide strategic feedback to leadership. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS). - 5 or more years sales experience in the commercial laboratory or healthcare industry. Additional Job Standards: - Direct sales experience and relationship building within the virtual care, telemedicine, or digital health technology sectors.Proven ability to develop and deliver data-driven client presentations. - Demonstrated success in translating strategy into execution with measurable growth outcomes. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to identify emerging opportunities. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. - Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Willingness to travel within the U.S. for meetings and training as needed. This position focuses on selling Labcorp’s reference laboratory solutions to national virtual care organizations, including telemedicine platforms, digital-first care models, remote behavioral health providers, and other virtual or hybrid ambulatory groups, while also supporting strategic partnerships with urgent care networks, behavioral health organizations, and physician enterprise groups. Pay Range $135,000 - $165,000 annually + sales incentive plan All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
