Entry Level Customer Service Rep Work from Home Job Functions: - Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. - Assist with booking new reservation or updating a prior requests - Handle all general questions or inquiries Equipment: - All equipment is provided by client just need High Speed Internet. Client gives $50/monthly towards internet Pay: $17.00 per hour, $18.70/Hr for hours after 6pm. - Can earn $200-400 extra per month for hitting goals Schedule: Must be able to work any 8-hour shift Mon-Sun between one of the shift ranges below. Will work both weekend days. Will have consecutive days off during the week. - AM Shift - 4:00am - 4:30pm (8 hours within window) - MID Shift - 8:30am - 8:30pm (8 hours within window) - PM Shift - 12:30pm - Midnight (8 hours within window) Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Role Description The Content Development & Private Event Internship offers a glimpse into a career in venue programming and event sales, allowing you to learn, contribute, and support real-time booking and sales initiatives within the sports and live entertainment industry, with exposure to prospecting, pitch development, and client engagement. This role is expected to last from June 8, 2026 and will end on August 7, 2026. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$22.00. This position will remain open until June 5, 2026. Responsibilities - Develop an understanding of the daily responsibilities involved in multi-venue programming, booking, private event sales, and revenue generation across sports and live entertainment properties. - Assist in growing the private event sales pipeline by researching prospective clients, identifying new target markets (corporate, nonprofit, social, premium experiences), and supporting outreach initiatives across OVG venues. - Gain hands-on experience using relevant sales tools (e.g. CRM platforms). - Create client and event briefs during key stages of the sales process (e.g., prior to prospecting and introductory meetings), preparing background materials and insights for OVG leadership. - Assist in the development of customized client presentations and proposals. - Support coordination of client walkthroughs and site visits, helping prepare materials and contributing to a best-in-class guest experience. - Contribute to the planning and site execution of activations at venue events. Other Program Details - Participate in a summer-long capstone project, engage in professional development workshops, and attend meetings with company executives as part of the Ascend Internship Program.
