• Perform and manage all accounting functions for the company’s US operations, serving as the primary hands-on accountant for the region • Execute the full month-end and year-end close, including preparing and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and conducting variance analysis within defined close timelines • Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including reporting packages for senior leadership and the Group CFO • Directly manage and review the outsourced payroll function, validating accuracy across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles and ensuring payroll-related liabilities are properly recorded • Directly maintain the fixed asset ledger, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal entries, in compliance with company policy and GAAP • Manage US cash flow and day-to-day treasury activities, including bank reconciliations, cash positioning, and coordination with the global treasury team on intercompany settlements and funding needs • Prepare audit schedules and support materials; manage all audit activity including the year-end CPA financial audit, tax compliance, workers’ compensation, and other regulatory audits, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for external auditors and tax advisors • Directly support the Finance Director in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning process for the US entity. • Perform other duties as directed by the US Finance Director
• Build and grow relationships within the SAP ecosystem (SAP, partners, GSIs) • Leverage ERPSim as a strategic entry point for enterprise clients • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand K2U’s ecosystem • Generate and convert alliance-driven education pipeline in the US • Drive co-sell motions with SAP and partner organizations • Embed K2U into SAP-led transformation programs • Position K2U offerings across: Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), Workforce enablement & adoption, SAP capability development programs • Enable partners to integrate K2U into their transformation delivery models • Build relationships with key stakeholders across SAP and partner organizations • Represent K2U in partner meetings, events, and strategic discussions • Act as a trusted advisor on enablement and adoption

Role Description We are looking for a highly capable ServiceNow Architect to play a pivotal role in driving our ServiceNow consulting growth across EMEA. This is not a pure delivery or back-office architecture role. We are looking for someone who can operate end-to-end across the lifecycle — from pre-sales and solutioning, through to owning client engagements and ensuring successful delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape solutions, win work, and ensure that what we sell is executed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities - Pre-Sales & Solutioning - Partner with Sales to support client conversations, workshops, and opportunity shaping - Lead solution design aligned to client needs across the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) - Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and pricing discussions - Clearly articulate value propositions and delivery approaches to senior client stakeholders - Support deal qualification and ensure solutions are deliverable and commercially sound - Client Engagement & Delivery Oversight - Act as Architect / Engagement Lead on key projects - Own the end-to-end solution integrity, ensuring alignment between design and delivery - Provide governance and technical leadership across multiple engagements - Engage with client stakeholders (IT, business, leadership) as a trusted advisor - Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, quality, timelines, and expectations - Architecture & Technical Leadership - Define scalable, best-practice ServiceNow architectures - Guide teams on platform design, integrations, data models, and performance considerations - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards - Review and validate technical solutions across engagements - Support complex problem-solving and issue resolution - Practice Development - Contribute to building and scaling the ServiceNow capability within K2 - Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators - Support internal teams with training, mentoring, and capability uplift - Work closely with recruitment to help define and assess talent - Contribute to go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem development Qualifications - Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant - Proven track record across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) - Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshops - Ability to operate in a client-facing, commercial environment - Experience leading or overseeing end-to-end engagements - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and cloud ecosystems - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to operate across multiple engagements and priorities Preferred - ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications (multiple modules preferred) - Experience working in a consulting / SI environment - Exposure to large, complex enterprise clients - Familiarity with Agile delivery models What Success Looks Like - You help win work by shaping compelling, deliverable solutions - You build trusted relationships with clients at multiple levels - You ensure high-quality delivery across engagements - You contribute to the growth and credibility of our ServiceNow practice Benefits - Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-growth ServiceNow practice - Exposure to enterprise clients and strategic transformation programmes - Ability to shape both client outcomes and internal capability - A culture that values ownership, flexibility, and impact

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow K2 University’s SAP or Salesforce ATP programs across EMEA • Identify, qualify, and engage with enterprise clients to understand their training and workforce development needs • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and key accounts through a consultative sales approach • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and sales operations) to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and client satisfaction • Utilize networking, social selling, and direct outreach to generate leads and secure new business opportunities • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives • Stay current on SAP or Salesforce technologies, workforce trends, and competitor offerings to position K2 University effectively • Represent K2 University at key industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and grow business relationships
• Actively hunt and secure new PERM business opportunities through your existing network, cold outreach, and referrals. • Bring and develop an active client portfolio in the IT/Technology sector. • Manage the full client relationship, from initial intake and fee negotiation to long-term account farming. • Partner with K2 leadership to identify high-growth sectors and align sales activities with global business goals. • Take full accountability for personal billing targets and sales KPIs. • Manage the full PERM lifecycle, including sourcing, technical/behavioral interviews, and offer management. • Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to ensure rapid fulfillment of the vacancies you bring in. • Ensure a premium, consultative experience for all candidates in enterprise tech. • Maintain accurate sales and recruitment activity tracking in CRM/ATS systems.
• Identify and headhunt elite talent across core verticals, including SAP: TM Consulting, Project Managers, Cutover Leads, and Functional ERP Module specialists. • Manage the process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiations. • Consult with hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability. • Seamlessly pivot between high-volume contract requirements and long-term permanent placements. • Maintain a robust pipeline of "passive" candidates within the K2 ecosystem to ensure rapid delivery for niche roles.
• Engage in strategic cold and warm calling to connect with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers. • Proactively identify new business opportunities while managing existing high-value client accounts. • Build and nurture your own client portfolio. • Represent the entire K2 service suite, including Staffing, K2 University, Managed Solutions, and Consulting. • Identify complex client pain points and propose tailored solutions. • Negotiate high-level contracts and manage the end-to-end sales process with precision.
