Chapters & Regions Marketing and Communications Manager

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with departmental priorities, committee objectives and individual network goals • Translate network initiatives into clear marketing strategies, including audience targeting, messaging and channel selection • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns that support ongoing member engagement and portfolio-wide initiatives • Manage timelines, budgets and campaign deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution • Ensure all communications align with YPO brand standards and editorial guidelines • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and member leaders to understand priorities and provide thoughtful marketing support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Marcoms, Data & Insights, etc.) to coordinate campaign development and execution • Provide guidance to stakeholders on marketing best practices and brand standards to ensure consistent and effective communications • Maintain proactive and professional communication across a global, matrixed environment • Develop and manage the production of marketing materials including email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, toolkits and promotional assets to support network initiatives • Independently create polished and visually engaging marketing assets using Canva (or similar tools), ensuring professional and on-brand execution • Apply strong attention to detail in messaging, formatting and visual presentation to enhance clarity and impact • Monitor email campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Track engagement metrics and prepare performance summaries with key insights and recommendations • Partner with the Data & Insights team to interpret performance data and identify opportunities to improve messaging, audience targeting and campaign effectiveness • Support ongoing refinement of marketing processes and best practices across the Networks portfolio
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, business or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders while executing integrated marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in campaign execution and content development
- Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to create marketing assets
- Experience working within a global organization preferred
