Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, applied mathematics, optimization, computer science, physics (preference for advanced degree)
- 2+ years of experience applying analytics to measure marketing effectiveness with a focus on measurement and attribution
- Experience working with and measuring TV, digital media, and CRM data
- Knowledge of statistics/data science, including regression, hierarchical or mixed regression, and machine learning techniques
- Advanced modeling skills with Python and R
- Cloud environment experience, especially GCP and AWS
- Experience working with platforms like Databricks a plus
- Data visualization experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI a plus
- Experience presenting information in spoken, written or visual form to various audiences

Role Description The Remote Estimator II is responsible for detailing customer job proposals based on blueprints and work order specifications. • Review and clear title, HOA, and loan document packages • Validate legal descriptions and interpret title commitments • Drive curative work and make go/no-go recommendations • Record diligence data accurately • Review loan documents and flag risks • Support closing execution and partner with stakeholders • Improve workflows and implement automation
• Gather and understand Business Unit Requirements, leading standardization of integrations and implementing interfaces across the organization. • Collaborate with business team members and consultants to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively with a strong understanding of Production Execution and Master Data, PLM, MES, and other Supply Chain Platform Integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing our Plan to Sustain processes in alignment with desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. • Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. • Configure and manage SAP PLMSI and other Integration technologies to enable integration to PLM, MES and other Supply Chain Platforms. • Lead testing of SAP PLMSI and other configured integration technologies. • Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. • Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope for Plan to Sustain as part of the program. • Mentor less experienced team members in specific areas of the Plan to Sustain business process hierarchy. • Ensure that RTX is positioned for future success within all functional areas of Plan to Sustain. • Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed.
