• Set and Scale the Investment Strategy • Manage and optimize our investment strategy and portfolios across real estate equity, credit, and hybrid products. • Develop and maintain investment theses, portfolio construction frameworks, risk frameworks, and underwriting standards to achieve desired return targets. • Create new, innovative, and alpha-generating products for Arrived’s investors. • Continuously evaluate markets, asset types, and capital structures to position Arrived investment offerings for long-term performance. • Monitor comparable third-party investments and benchmark performance to understand sources of outperformance and underperformance. • Lead Sourcing & Underwriting • Build high-quality equity and credit sourcing channels through brokers, developers, institutions, and internal teams. • Oversee underwriting and investment committee processes with a focus on data-driven insights and consistent standards. • Build and Manage Diversified Portfolios • Construct portfolios that align with investor expectations, risk-return objectives, and our pro forma targets for each investment product. • Lead the process for performance monitoring, asset optimization, value creation, refinancing, and dispositions. • Grow and Develop the Investments Team • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team spanning acquisitions, underwriting, research, and asset management. • Implement best practices, systems, and tools that enable efficiency and accuracy at scale. • Stakeholder in Product Innovation • Partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to launch new investment products across equity and credit. • Identify new geographies, partnerships, and asset classes that expand access for investors. • Ensure Operational & Regulatory Excellence • Maintain robust asset management models, performance tracking, and continuous improvement processes. • Build processes that uphold trust, accuracy, and transparency across all investment operations. • Share relevant insights with investor-facing teams, and/or create systems to share this information with regularity. • Represent Arrived Externally • Serve as an external thought leader for Arrived’s investment platform. • Contribute market insights and educational content that strengthen investor understanding and confidence.
Fund Accounting Manager – Joint Ventures, Private Credit

• Own monthly close and financial reporting for JV entities, with primary ownership of a leveraged private credit JV structure • Maintain partner capital accounts (contributions, distributions, ownership changes, APIC vs capital) • Record and review equity and debt flows into and out of the JV, including Taxable REIT Subsidiary activity and intercompany movements • Prepare audit-ready workpapers and support partner reporting • Own monthly close and financial reporting for the Private Credit Fund and Opportunistic Fund • Record investment activity including debt purchases, equity investments, interest accruals, and fees • Maintain fund-level capital activity and partner allocations • Support Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and investment performance reporting in partnership with FP&A and the Investments team • Support audit, tax, and regulatory reporting with clean, well-documented schedules • Own the accounting relationship with our third-party fund servicer (e.g., FCI) for JV and fund activity • Review monthly servicer deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and GAAP alignment • Translate servicer outputs into Arrived’s internal financial reporting and close processes • Partner with Investments on deal structures and cash flow mechanics to ensure clean accounting setup • Partner with Treasury and Investments to reconcile cash movements, warehouse lines, and capital flows • Improve workflows, templates, close checklists, and quality control standards • Help implement automation and system enhancements to reduce manual work and improve close speed • Identify repeatable failure points and turn them into durable process improvements • Contribute to scalable accounting design for new JV and fund launches
• Set and scale the investment strategy for our property equity investments • Source, cultivate, and manage relationships with operators, developers, sponsors, fintech platforms, and emerging proptech equity models • Develop and Underwrite a diversified deal pipeline: oversee underwriting and investment thesis with a focus on data-driven insights and consistent standards • Own financial performance of equity investments and make operational and investment recommendations to continuously drive high performance • Manage Investments Portfolios to ensure appropriate objectives are being pursued • Partner closely with Finance and Asset Management on portfolio construction, pro forma development, investment pacing, cash flow modeling, and ongoing performance monitoring • Lead Investment Committee recommendations for new strategies, opportunities, and residential equity product development • Design scalable analytical frameworks for asset evaluation, cohort comparison, and long-term performance forecasting • Collaborate with Marketing and Investor Relations to translate investment products into clear, investor-ready narratives • Contribute to operational infrastructure, including data integration (Salesforce, Coda, internal tools), process automation, and scalable workflows that support growing portfolios.
