• Review and clear title, HOA, and loan document packages • Validate legal descriptions and interpret title commitments • Drive curative work and make go/no-go recommendations • Record diligence data accurately • Review loan documents and flag risks • Support closing execution and partner with stakeholders • Improve workflows and implement automation
Job Requirements

- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Title company, mortgage, or real estate legal exposure is a plus

- Experience in prop-tech, fin-tech, legal ops, or real estate finance is a plus

• Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine estimated market value using comparable (“comps”) data from online sources such as Zillow, Redfin, CoStar, LoopNet, and similar platforms. • Conduct research on local U.S. real estate markets, including sales trends, rent trends, vacancy rates, cap rates, and neighborhood characteristics. • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies, including sales comparison, income, and cost approaches, when applicable. • Maintain organized valuation work files and supporting documentation • Create exhibits, tables, and charts for valuation reports. • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, drafting emails, and updating internal systems and reports. • Review third-party appraisal reports for reasonableness and consistency with market data. • Communicate findings clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders. • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
