Role Description Sigma7 is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Ops Analyst to support the Legal function across three primary areas: Privacy Program operations, Entity Management, and Contract Administration. This role is designed for an analytical professional capable of executing structured legal processes, maintaining organized documentation systems, and supporting compliance-driven initiatives. - Privacy Program Support - Assist in documenting business processes across practice areas. - Support data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processes. - Incorporate required data protection language into client, vendor, and subcontractor agreements. - Maintain organized privacy documentation and risk assessment records. - Support ongoing privacy compliance initiatives and remediation efforts. - Entity Management - Maintain corporate entity records for Sigma7 and portfolio companies. - Organize formation documents, governing documents, and board/manager consents. - Track annual filings, registered agent requirements, and compliance deadlines. - Assist with preparation of resolutions and basic governance documentation. - Coordinate with external registered agents and service providers as needed. - Contract Administration - Assist with managing contracts from intake through execution and filing. - Review NDA and other assigned agreements using structured clause checklists and escalate non-standard provisions. - Coordinate internal approval routing and signature execution. - Maintain organized contract repository with standardized naming conventions. Qualifications - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to follow structured compliance-driven processes. - Comfort reviewing formal written materials and identifying inconsistencies. - Professional communication skills. - Ability to learn legal systems and documentation platforms quickly. - Prior direct legal operations experience is helpful but not required.
