Job Description

Supervisor – Program Management

• Manage daily activities per the scope of work, program, and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget. • Ability to understand and actively enforce program guidelines and project specific procedures (PSPs). • Manage day-to-day activity of the program operation, including supervision of staff. • Assist in developing program metrics and identifying efficiencies • Monitor program metrics to ensure adherence to program SLAs • Resolve complex cases. • Participate in interviewing prospective employees, evaluating current employees, and train employees as needed. • Create new and/or update training materials and PSPs as needed. • Translate decisions and discussions into documented workflow processes. • Develop current employees and track their compliance to quality, service, and program standards. • Conduct, at minimum, monthly team meetings with meeting agendas and minutes. • Assist with presentation of program information to internal and external customers. • Handle escalated and unresolved issues that may require deviation from standard procedures or require extensive research for resolution • Coordinate with manager(s) to set goals and expectations for the team to ensure task completion. • Other duties as assigned. • Ability to travel as needed • Actively participates in in-person and virtual meetings/events (internal and external) • Supervisory Responsibility: 1 –20 Direct Reports

Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 1-4 years relevant experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills with specific aptitude in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a successful team required

About the Role As one of the first members of our Strategic Account Operations team at Commure + Athelas, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations team focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management, by working across the whole organization (Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, Account Management) to define critical business processes. This is a full-time remote position What You'll Do - Standardize and improve internal and client operations to improve quality, reporting and efficiencies - Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives - Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training and documentation as we scale our customer base by 5-10x over the coming 12 months - Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of internal operations projects, from project initiation to launch. - Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including our Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams. - Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency. - Breakdown complex, challenging business problems - Own execution and outcomes - Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.) - Understand the business in-and-out to be proactive about solving emerging problems What You Have - 2+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or operations at a fast-paced growth tech company - Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions to new challenges. - Familiarity with SQL a requirement (there will be an open-resource basic SQL assessment as part of the interview process). - Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success. - Ability to oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of our key metrics. - Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address internal needs and support company objectives. - Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement and optimization for Internal Ops processes. - Strong Leadership: You have solid project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget with your team - Business Oriented: Ability to dive into an area of the business, understand business needs, and facilitate Executive decisions on improvements and best practices - Truth Seeker: You are relentless in searching for truth, asking questions, and always seeking to understand a customer's requests - Data Oriented: Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
