ServiceNow Lead Analyst (FTE, Fully Remote – Select States) Location This is a fully remote, full-time (FTE) position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, or Virginia Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Analyst to support and enhance enterprise ServiceNow capabilities. This role is primarily hands-on (approximately 85%), with light people leadership responsibilities (approximately 15%), overseeing a team of ServiceNow professionals. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in ServiceNow analysis, design, and configuration, along with the ability to lead a small team, manage priorities, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Analyze, design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise workflows and business processes - Maintain advanced working knowledge of assigned ServiceNow modules, integrations, and related development tools - Lead requirements gathering, system analysis, and detailed design sessions aligned with business needs - Independently manage and lead large ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met - Assign tasks and provide guidance to supporting analysts and technical staff - Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, including participation in on-call rotations - Track incidents, problems, and enhancement requests; communicate status and updates to leadership and stakeholders - Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate processes, and maximize platform value - Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and status reporting - Serve as a technical mentor to other ServiceNow analysts and support knowledge-sharing initiatives - Adhere to established change management and governance processes - Assist with implementation of new ServiceNow modules, features, and integrations - Exercise independent judgment when working with sensitive or confidential information - Work effectively in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams Leadership Responsibilities (Approx. 15%) - Provide day-to-day oversight for a team of approximately 8 ServiceNow professionals - Support team members with timecards, PTO approvals, performance feedback, and development - Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team Required Qualifications - 5–8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Analyst or similar role - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow analysis, design, configuration, and implementation - Prior experience serving as a team lead or supervisor, including people management responsibilities - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have / Preferred - Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow environments - Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules and integrations - Experience leading complex projects or initiatives Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Roanoke, VA. POSITION SUMMARY The ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) Product Owner is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of the BCM product on the ServiceNow platform. This role enhances organizational resilience by enabling effective business impact analysis (BIA), risk‑based continuity planning, crisis management, and regulatory compliance. As the central connector across business stakeholders, risk & compliance, IT, and ServiceNow platform teams, the Product Owner translates continuity and resilience requirements into scalable, governed, and high‑quality ServiceNow solutions. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU - Collaborate with Risk and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize new BCM requirements. - Oversee the full development lifecycle of user stories, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery. - Provide direction to developers, reinforcing platform standards and leading coding practices. - Stay current on upcoming ServiceNow release features and assess relevance with stakeholders. - Triage, investigate, and resolve product issues in accordance with enterprise SLAs, driving continuous improvement. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
