• Develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Service Catalog, creating workflows, scripts, and integrations. • Work with packaged applications, performing customizations and development estimations. • Participate in testing in SaaS environments, and drive continuous improvement of solutions by proposing enhancements and ensuring quality of deliveries. • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

• Develop and maintain backend applications with a focus on microservices architecture. • Apply design best practices and architectural patterns to ensure scalability and performance. • Build solutions using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. • Integrate systems via messaging and perform deployments in AWS cloud environments. • Contribute to the continuous evolution of applications, balancing new feature development and maintenance/support.

• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (software and hardware), ensuring compliance, inventory control, and cost optimization. • Manage licenses, contracts, and vendors, as well as support audits and mitigate risks related to software use. • Contribute to maintaining data accuracy and reliability in the CMDB and ITSM processes, and produce analyses that support decision-making. • Collaborate with multiple teams, demonstrating organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.

• Act as a billing functional analyst in a SAP CCS Utilities environment. • Handle tickets related to incidents and problems. • Support the analysis and resolution of operational requests. • Participate in the development and implementation of system improvements. • Work together with technical and business teams.

• Work on the design and definition of cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. • Define and implement Infrastructure as Code, support automation and CI/CD strategies, and provide technical guidance to development and operations teams. • Design container-based architectures, event-driven integrations, and cloud security best practices, ensuring adherence to standards and solution efficiency.

• Work on the implementation and evolution of the ServiceNow CSM module, performing requirements gathering, process design, and ensuring alignment between business and technology. • Elicit and document requirements (Requirements Analysis). • Design and optimize processes (Business Process Design). • Translate business needs into solutions within ServiceNow CSM. • Facilitate workshops and support functional testing (SIT/UAT).

• Act as the technical executor in implementing solutions defined by the architecture, ensuring fast delivery for Salesforce E&U sales and service pipelines. • Translate business requirements into functional code, ensuring efficient integrations with SAP S/4HANA. • Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and following development best practices and governance.
