Job Description

Strategic Solution Architect – Network Powered Solution

Vonage

• Act as the technical authority for overlay-led opportunities from qualification through close. • Lead customer discussion to understand challenges and problems, solution discovery, architecture definition, and technical validation for complex deals. • Ensure proposed solutions align with product roadmap, reference architectures, and scalability principles. • Gather and translate customer business requirements into clear, executable solution designs. • Partner tightly with Sales Overlay Leads to support solution-led selling and value articulation. • Participate in customer workshops, technical deep dives, and executive briefings. • Help frame technical capabilities into business outcomes, ROI, and differentiation narratives. • Support pricing, packaging, and scope definition by ensuring solution feasibility and margin discipline. • Define and maintain reference architectures, solution patterns, and deployment blueprints for priority use cases and verticals. • Identify opportunities to productize or templatize custom solutions to drive repeatable revenue. • Reduce bespoke implementations by promoting modular, platform-based designs. • Identify technical, operational, and integration risks early in the sales cycle. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to validate feasibility, dependencies, and delivery timelines. • Ensure handoff readiness from sales to delivery, including documentation, assumptions, and success criteria. • Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Operations. • Provide structured feedback from the field into product roadmap, feature gaps, and integration priorities. • Support internal enablement through training, playbooks, and solution walkthroughs.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
  • Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-grade sales motions
  • Strong background in platform, API/CPaaS, Telco, cloud, network, or SaaS architectures
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level business language
  • Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations
  • Experience in overlay or specialist sales support roles (Preferred)
  • Exposure to launching or scaling new products or strategic solutions (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with vertical-specific architectures and regulated environments (Preferred)

Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Topobathymetric Lidar Technician to join our dynamic Topobathymetric Lidar Team. This position reports to the Topobathymetric Lidar Team Leaders and is responsible for performing lidar data editing, QC/QA reviews, and product creation tasks on topobathy lidar projects. Qualified candidates should be comfortable in Bentley Microstation, familiar with ESRI ArcGIS software, be excellent communicators, and work well in a collaborative team environment. Priority will be given to candidates who meet the minimum requirements with preferred skills and abilities. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. What You Will Do - Perform topobathy lidar data editing tasks for various projects and clients. - Execute geospatial processes, review and validate process outputs, and ensure all required steps are performed completely, correctly, and documented accordingly. - Track hours, monitor data quality, and report production status to team leaders. - Collaborate on project workload; shifting responsibilities as needed. What You Will Bring - Education/Experience: BA/BS degree relating to the Geospatial field and a minimum of two (2) year of professional Geospatial experience. - Additional professional experience may be substituted for BA/BS degree. - Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with topobathy lidar production workflows. - Working knowledge of TerraSolid/Scan, Bentley Microstation, ArcGIS Pro, Global Mapper, Bayes Strip Align, Leica HxMap/LSS, or LASTools highly desired. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external relationships. - Strong organizational skills. - Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills. - Able to respond quickly to multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. - Able to interface effectively with vendors, clients, and other firm resources in a team environment. - Willing to travel up to 5%.  - Professional Certifications: GISP preferred.
