Job Description

Senior Solutions Engineer

BeyondTrust

• Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and recommendations to prospects and customers. • Develop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews. • Assist in response to Request for Proposals/Information. • Represent BeyondTrust at Trade Shows, Seminars, and other Company Events. • Use common Sales & Marketing applications such as Salesforce, Confluence, Skytap, etc. • Document the customer's technical requirements and build Proof-of-Concept (POC) documentation to track and address customer priorities and objectives. • Provide support for BeyondTrust Partners. • Continue to develop both the BeyondTrust product and industry knowledge. • Train and mentor other Solutions Engineers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales, support and/or implementation engineer in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security Applications, and/or Enterprise Security Applications such as ITDR, SIEM, CIEM, etc.
  • 7+ years of experience working for global software vendors
  • Ability to highlight product differentiators against competitors.
  • Prior experience presenting enterprise security products at trade shows and security conferences.
  • Prior documentation or project management experience in deploying enterprise software solutions.
  • Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Databases, and Network Devices
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Working knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and SkyTap virtual environments.
