• Lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs • Own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to a production-ready state • Work closely with internal stakeholders and the client to design and deploy a scalable, well-governed HubSpot instance • Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) • Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring • Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack • Support data migration, cleanup, and QA • Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility • Document system architecture and implementation decisions • Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment • Final QA, documentation and handoff

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs • Coordinate cross-functional teams (data & analytics, strategy, operations, technology)

• Own a select book of business of key partnerships. • Build deep, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders. • Lead the strategy and project plan for account health and growth. • Ensure effective communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. • Drive revenue retention and expansion through consultative selling, renewals, and upsell opportunities. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions.

• Work jointly with external/internal engineers, product managers, customer experience, and account managers to assist in providing bug fixes and solutions as they arise with our products. • Work closely with internal Product Managers to coordinate bug fixes and enhancements while helping to guide the internal engineering teams to understand external partner limitations and issues as they crop up. • Maintain and build internal as well as customer-facing documentation (including but not limited to how-to and knowledge base articles). • Monitor FTK services on a fixed cadence to ensure our product is never in a state that renders it unusable to our partners and their customers.
